At Peruda Skincare, sustainability is not just a word slapped onto the marketing brochure. Environmental, social, and ethical business practices are at the core of Peruda.

We carefully choose suppliers who make a positive social and environmental impact. For example, we source our Amazonian botanicals through development cooperatives that promote biodiversity, environmental stewardship, and local economic development. We choose base ingredients that are responsibly produced, including up-cycled innovations from the food industry.

Our packaging? Totally recyclable. The choice of PP mono material allows for the full recycling while at the same time keeping the product safe from oxidation and other external influences. The packaging industry is constantly shifting and we are keeping a close eye on developments to optimise our packaging choices for people and planet.

Peruda Skincare is a UEBT member. is a non-profit association that promotes sourcing with respect. Its members promote practices that regenerate nature and secure a better future for all people through ethical sourcing of ingredients from biodiversity. This contributes to a world in which people and biodiversity thrive.

We are currently in the process of obtaining the NATRUE certification for all our formulations. The NATRUE label sets strict, transparent standards for truly natural and organic cosmetics, going beyond many other certifications in Europe. Since 2008, it has become a trusted international benchmark for authentic formulations, responsible packaging, and high-quality ingredients.

Peruda Skincare are 100% natural formulations. Whilst they don't need special storage conditions, a little thoughtful care will keep your Peruda products in good shape.

Store Smart:

• Temperature Zone: Keep products at average room temp, around 19-25°C (60-77°F), and in a dry spot away from the sun.
• Temperature Extremes? Big No: Heat and cold can mess with the formula, consistency, and effectiveness.

Avoid These Spots:

• Direct Sunlight: UV rays can break down key ingredients.
• Near Heat Sources: Radiators and hot surfaces can warp the formula.

Pro Tips:

• Seal Tight: Close lids fully after each use to keep out unwanted germs.
• Stay Dry: Keep products out of high-humidity areas. Especially the face wash and the face mask should not get wet until applied to the face.
• Original Containers: These are designed to keep products stable, so store them in their original packaging.
• Wipe Down: A clean exterior helps prevent bacteria from creeping in.

More often than not, it makes sense to do a patch test first to see if your skin will react to Peruda formulations. Particularly if your skin is known to react quick and often.

Here is an easy guide to patch testing:

1. Start Fresh: Clean a small area on your inner forearm.
2. Apply a Dab: Use a tiny amount of the product on this spot.
3. Cover It Up: You can cover it with a bandage (optional but helpful!).
4. Wait It Out: Leave it for 24-48 hours.
5. Check for Reactions: Look for any redness, itching, or swelling.

If you feel any burning or intense irritation, wash it off right away. But if all looks calm, you’re good to go — your skin is ready to enjoy the product fully!
