We do our best to keep your favourite products in stock! If we ever run out, no worries - you’ll still be able to pre-order so you can reserve yours and be first in line when it’s back. We’ve got you covered!
Tracking your order is super easy! Just click the link in your order confirmation email, and you’ll see exactly where it is. If you have a customer account, you can also find all your order details under My Orders. You’re just a click away from tracking your Peruda goodies!
We’ve got you covered with flexible payment options! You can check out using standard credit cards, PayPal, and if you’re in Switzerland, TWINT is also available. Choose what works best for you and enjoy a smooth shopping experience!
You can shop in CHF and EUROs. No matter where you are, your total will display in one of these currencies for a smooth shopping experience!
We take all feedback seriously and are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint - whether relating to a product, an order, or your experience with Peruda - please contact us in writing at contact@perudaskincare.com. We aim to acknowledge all grievances within 3 business days and to provide a full response within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you retain the right to seek further recourse through the relevant consumer protection authority in your country of residence.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are sent from Switzerland.
For Swiss orders, we send your package priority with A Post so you receive your Peruda goodies in the quickest time possible.
In the Zurich vicinity, you are able to purchase in person at one of our stockists.
For international orders, we send your package with a standard rate to keep costs down.

We know you’re excited to get your Peruda goodies! Here’s the rundown:
Switzerland: Expect delivery in 2-3 days with A Post.
Europe: Packages usually arrive in 5-7 working days - sometimes even sooner!
Just keep in mind that customs to European countries may add a bit of extra time.
For European orders the packages are currently sent from Switzerland, so customs will apply.
Your local postal or courier service will reach out to you directly for payment.
Unfortunately we cannot add any potential customs charges at check out as this is local to your destination country.
Since we can’t take back cosmetic items, returns aren’t possible - but we’ve got you covered with a 14-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind, email us at contact@perudaskincare.com and we’ll refund you the full amount, no worries.
