Shipping policy

Shipping rates

All orders ship from Switzerland. 

Swiss orders are sent priority with a flat rate of CHF 9. 

European orders are sent standard with a flat rate of CHF 15.

For international orders outside of the EU, please email us at contact@perudaskincare.com. 

At this time we are unable to ship to the USA.  Due to recent trade policy changes, our main shipping carrier no longer serves the US market. Shipments via FedEx are possible but are subject to high taxes. If this applies to you, contact us to find out more. 

We are regularly reviewing shipping options so we are able to offer you the most effective and economic terms.

Shipping duration 

Switzerland: Expect delivery in 2-3 days.

Europe: Packages usually arrive in 5-7 working days - sometimes even sooner!

Just keep in mind that there may be customs and duties to be paid. This may add a bit of extra time.

Customs

For European orders, customs fees are not included. If any fees apply, your local postal or courier service should reach out to you directly for settlement and delivery.
